Qualifications of Joseph F. D’Amato
Joseph F. D’Amato has been employed in the real estate industry for the past 24 years. Joseph is the Broker/Owner and President of Hudson Harbor Realty Corp., located at 3225 Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, New Jersey.
Hudson Harbor Realty Corp. is a full service real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial sales, leasing and real property appraisals in Hudson and south east Bergen Counties and throughout northern New Jersey .Mr. D’Amato is a member of The Liberty Board of Realtors, The New Jersey Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors .Joseph is also a member of The Hudson County Multiple Listing Service, The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and The Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
Mr. D’Amato has served on various committees for the Liberty Board of Realtors and was elected to serve as President of the Liberty Board of Realtors for two Terms 1999-2000 President and 2005 as president. Currently Joseph is President elect for the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.
During the past 24 years Mr. D’Amato’s Real Estate experience has covered the sales and rentals of both commercial and residential real estate throughout northern New Jersey. Mr. D’Amato is also a State Licensed General Real Estate Appraiser earning his certification in 1989. He has preformed over 4000 commercial and residential real property appraisals in the areas of mortgage financing, asset allocation, estate settlements, and Tax Appeals.
Joseph D’Amato is also the principal owner of D’Amato Appraisal Associates, which is also located at 3225 Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. D’Amato has appeared and qualified as an expert witness with the following tax boards, Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, Passaic County, Morris County, Monmouth County and Sussex County and Cape May Counties.
Qualifications of Louis Gomez
Louis Gomez has been active in the Real Estate industry as a Real Estate Salesperson and office manager for over 30 years, being licensed since 1977. Mr. Gomez is a New Jersey State Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 1992.
Louis is a member of the Liberty Board of Realtors, and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Louis is also a member of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
Mr. Gomez is the sole proprietor of Lou Gomez Appraisal Services located at 3225 Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, New Jersey.
During the past 30 years Mr. Gomez’s experience has covered the sales and rentals of commercial and residential properties throughout northern New Jersey, the managing of sales people in various Real Estate Offices throughout Hudson County. Louis has been employed as a Salesperson Educator, teaching newly licensed salespeople the selling and listing procedures and techniques of the Real Estate business through classroom and field training which Mr. Gomez designed. Currently Mr. Gomez is associated with Hudson Harbor Realty Corp. as a licensed salesperson and staff appraiser.
Appraising residential dwellings for 16 years for local and national lending institutions as well as the private sector has given Mr. Gomez the expertise to serve the public in many ways and he has been qualified and has served as an expert witness in Hudson, Bergen and Passaic County.
